Correct use

Select the compatible device：According to the specifications of the saw blade, aperture and other parameters, select the matching cutting equipment to ensure stable installation and normal operation, and avoid damaging the saw blade due to abnormal vibration caused by  mismatched equipment.

Control cutting parameters: Reasonably set cutting speed, feed rate and other parameters, and do not exceed the rated range of the saw blade to prevent the saw blade from being overloaded and causing problems such as tooth breakage and deflection.

Regular cleaning

Remove impurities: After each use, clean the saw blade in time to remove chips, dust, oil and other impurities. You can use a soft brush, clean rag and other tools to gently wipe it to prevent the accumulation of impurities that affect the cutting performance and accelerating the wear of the saw blade.

Proper storage

Dry environment: When storing saw blades, choose a dry, well-ventilated environment without corrosive gases to prevent the saw blades from getting damp, rusted or corroded. The saw blades can be hung or placed flat on a special rack to prevent deformation.

Store separately: It's best to store the saw blades separately to avoid the collision and extrusion with other metal tools, which may cause damage to the saw teeth.

Inspection and maintenance

Appearance inspection: Regularly check the appearance of the saw blade to see if there are any defects or cracks on the saw teeth, and whether the saw blade base has deformation, cracks or other conditions. If any problems are found, repair or replace them in time.

Grinding repair: When the saw blade has a certain degree of wear and the cutting effect becomes worse, it can be repaired by a professional grinding institution to restore the sharpness of the saw blade. However, it should be noted that the number of grinding times should not be too much, so as not to affect the performance of the saw blade.
