If the saw blade is not installed correctly, accidents may occur during use (such as
violent rebound), or please carefully read the equipment and saw blade manual before use.
The precautions are as follows:
When installing the saw blade,pay attention to the direction of rotation.The large and small saw blades rotate in opposite directions(depending on the inclination direction of the teeth).
When installing the saw blade,pay attention to cleaning the saw shaft,wipe off dust and saw
dust on the saw shaft,to avoid tilting during operation.
The flange and fixing nuts must be tightened before operation.If conditions permit,the
concentricity of the saw blade rotation can be measured using a dial gauge after
installation.
Common problems and solutions:
①explosion on the cutting edge of the board:the saw blade is dull or has a deviation,
and it needs to be replaced with a new one.
②burst on one side of the cutting edge under the board:the main saw and auxiliary saw
are not in a straight line,adjust the saw axis left and right.
③burst edges on both sides of the cutting edge under the board: both sides are
bursting, and the width of the groove cut by the marking saw is not enough.Adjust
the saw shaft up and down for cutting.
④Surface texture:The saw blade is dull or has notches in the teeth,which need to be
replaced or sent for grinding.
⑤Saw blades with rotten or missing teeth:they can be sent for grinding and repairing,
and can be used again after leveling,saving costs.
