The reason why the sawing workpiece is not vertical and the length is inconsistent:

1. The collision and shaking of the feeding frame during cutting ,the positioning is not accurate, and the machine is not calibrated when it is assembled

2. Use a saw blade that is deformed under pressure

3. The deformation of the cut material is not standard

4. The cutting tool of the machine is too fast and the number of teeth is incorrect

Solution:

1. Frequently check the condition of the material rack and the positioning ruler, and correct the level of the machine

2. Because the saw blade has a sag, it should be erected and placed to avoid the pressure of gravity

3. Choose good materials and standard materials.

4. Select the correct cutting speed according to different materials, and select the number of teeth according to the wall thickness of the material.
