1. Although the saw blade is a small part of the sawing machine, it can determine the accuracy and precision of the sawing of the product. If we want to effectively extend the life of the saw blade and give full play to its full performance, we must standardize the operation of the saw blade. 

2. Saw blade should stored correctly, it should be laid flat or hung up with inner holes. Other items should not pile up on it, especially heavy objects, to prevent the blade deformation. Wipe the saw blade clean and apply anti-rust oil, pay attention to moisture and rust prevention.  

 3. When the saw blade is no longer sharp and the cutting surface is rough, it must be resharped in time. Be careful not to change the original Angle when sharping.
