1. Hang the saw blades vertically on dry shelf,avoid wet places.Don’t place the saw blades flat on the ground or shelf,it easy to deform.  

2. When using,don’t exceed the specified speed.

3. When using,wear protecting mask,gloves, helmet,safety shoes and safety googles.

4. When installing saw blade,check the performance and purpose of the saw table,and read the instructions,To avoid accidents caused by incorrect installation

5. When installing saw blade, check whether the saw blade is cracked, distorted, flattened, or tooth lost, etc. before installation.

6. The saw blade tooth are super hard and sharp,don’t collide or drop on the ground, handle with care.

7. After installed saw blade,must confirm whether the central bore of the saw blade fixed tightly on the flange,if there is a spacer ring must be put in place.Then,push the saw blade gently to confirm whether the saw blade rotates eccentrically.

8. Align the saw blade cutting direction arrow with the rotation direction of the saw table. It is strictly prohibited to install in the opposite direction. Installation in the wrong direction may cause tooth loss.

9. Pre rotation time：after change a new saw blade,need to pre rotation 1 minute before use,let the saw machine entering in working condition,then to cut.

10. Before cutting, confirm whether the purpose of the saw blade is consistent with the material being cut.

11. When cutting,prohibit forcefully pressing and pushing the saw blade.

12. Prohibit reverse rotation,as reversing may cause tooth loss and dangerous.

13. Reverse rotation is prohibited, as reversing will cause tooth loss and may be dangerous.

14. If there is abnormal sound in using,appeared abnormal shaking and uneven cutting surface,stop operation immediately,check the reason and replacement saw blade.

15. Please apply anti-rust oil promptly after cutting. To prevent the saw blade from rusting. 

16. When the saw teeth are not sharp, grind them again and take them to a grinding shop designated by the manufacturer or a shop with grinding technology. Otherwise, the original angle of the saw teeth will be destroyed, cutting accuracy will be affected, and the service life of the saw blade will be shortened.
