The requirements for the use of flying saw blades are:
When working, the parts must be fixed, and the profile positioning should conform to the feeding direction to avoid abnormal cutting,do not apply side pressure or curve cutting ,and enter smoothly to avoid blade impact contact with parts, the saw blade is broken, or the workpiece flies out, causing accidents.
When working, if you find abnormal noise and vibration, rough cutting surface, or peculiar smell, stop the operation immediately, check in time, and troubleshoot to avoid accidents.
When starting cutting and stopping cutting, do not feed too fast to avoid broken teeth and damage.
If cutting aluminum alloy or other metals, use a special cooling lubricant to prevent the saw blade from overheating, causing paste, and affecting the quality of cutting.
The flutes and slag suction devices of the equipment are guaranteed to be unblocked to prevent slag from forming into blocks, which will affect production and safety.
When dry cutting, do not cut continuously for a long time, so as not to affect the service life and cutting effect of the saw blade; when cutting wet film, you need to add water to cut to prevent leakage.
