How to Clean Your Saw Blades

1. Take precautions before washing to protect your eyes and hands. Remove the saw blade and place it in a basin, then add a resin cleaner and let it soften the residue on saw blades, waiting for a period of time.
2. Take out the saw blade and clean its outer edge with a nylon brush and scrub each carbide cutter head in the direction of the serration.
3. Use a brush to clean the section between each saw tooth. If the residue is not easy to clean, you can use a scrub pad to clean it.
4. Rinse any remaining foam from the saw blade with clean water.
5. It is very important to keep the saw blade dry so that the saw blade is not easy to rust. Wipe the saw blade dry with a paper towel, and then dry it thoroughly with a hair dryer.
6. Using dustless cloth, make sure both sides of the saw blade are evenly coated with dry-lubricant. When all of these steps are completed successfully, the cleaning of the saw blade is done .
