1. The heat dissipation is not good. It is best to buy saw blades with expansion slots, it’s can add water or other coolants to reduce the temperature.

2. Excessive teeth. Due to the multi-blade saw deviced many blades,the force resistance is relatively large. The more teeth, the greater resistance, and the easier it is to burn the saw blades.

3. Poor chip evacuation. The chips are not easy to clean out and it will cause a part of blade over heating. The saw blade must have a good evacuation system.

4. Raw materials. The raw materials is too poor and there are too many impurities, it is easy to burn the saw blade.

In practical operation, the following parts need to be checked. 

1: Check the sink is clogged or not.

2: check whether the water is sufficient

3: Check the spindle is misaligned or not.

4: Check whether the navigation axis and the spindle are on the same plane

5: Check whether the feeding belt is balanced with the saw blade

The quality of multi-blade saw blades is uneven, so be sure to choose high-quality multi-blade saw blades, and don’t buy cheap saw blades with poor quality, which will not only delay production time, but also cause mechanical accidents.
