The specific steps of maintenance and replacement of aluminum cutting saw blades
Aluminum cutting saw blades are commonly used cutting tools for aluminum processing, and the quality of cemented carbide saw blades is closely related to the quality of processed products. It is a carbide-tipped circular saw blade specially used for blanking, sawing, milling and grooving of various aluminum alloy materials.
At the same time, aluminum cutting saw blades are a kind of consumables. When the sound is loud during cutting and there are burrs on the cutting workpiece, the saw blades should be replaced. So how to replace the saw blades correctly?
1. Clean the back of the inner pressure plate to prevent the mixture of sawing and cutting oil from solidifying and sticking to the back. This can prevent the saw blade from heating due to friction and heat and affect its stress, causing the saw blade to flutter and fail to work normally use.
2. Secondly, the surface of the inner pressure plate and the outer pressure plate should be cleaned. There should be no aluminum scraps and other sundries on it, because if there are aluminum scraps and sundries on it, it will affect the aluminum cutting saw after installing the saw blade. The flatness of the blade when cutting, resulting in burrs and saw marks when the workpiece is cut by the aluminum saw blade.
3. After the comparison, after installing the new aluminum cutting saw blade or alloy grinding disc, you should check its periphery with a dial indicator. When the spindle and pressure plate are normal, the new saw blade beats 0.06, and the grinding disc It should be between 0.06 and 0.1. Of course, the spindle and pressure plate should also be checked regularly to ensure that the equipment is normal.
The above is the operation method of checking and replacing the aluminum cutting saw blade. Of course, the specific situation depends on the operation status of the aluminum cutting saw blade mechanical equipment.
