1. It is necessary to check whether there is water, oil and other sundries around the equipment, and if so, clean it up in time;
2. Check whether there are iron filings and other sundries in the position of equipment and fixtures, and if there are any, they need to be cleaned up in time;
3. Lubricating oil should be added to the guide rail and slider every day. Be careful not to add dry oil, and clean the iron chips on the guide rail every day;
4. Check whether the oil pressure and air pressure are within the specified range (hydraulic station pressure gauge, furniture cylinder air pressure, speed measuring cylinder air pressure, pinch roller cylinder air pressure);
5. Check whether the bolts and the screws on the fixture are loose, and if there are any, they need to be tightened;
6. Check whether the oil cylinder or cylinder of the fixture is leaking oil or air, or rusting need to replace it in time;
7. Check the wear of the saw blade and replace it according to the situation. (Because the material and cutting speed are different, it is recommended to determine whether to replace the saw blade according to the quality of the cut and the sound when sawing) To replace the saw blade, use a wrench, not a hammer. The new saw blade needs to confirm the diameter of the saw blade, the number of teeth of the saw blade, and the thickness;
8. Check the position and wear of the steel brush, and adjust or replace it in time;
9. Linear guide rails and bearings are cleaned every day and oil is added;
10. Check whether the pipe diameter, wall thickness and steel pipe length are set correctly, and the pipe length should be calibrated once a day.
