Ultra-thin Saw Blade For Aluminum Cutting 

Application: 

Suitable for cutting ultra-thin materials, honeycomb cores, handicraft aluminum, aluminum furniture handles, and thickened small aluminum materials. This blade produces a smooth, burr-free finish when cutting process. Recommends use of a liquid lubricant when cutting non-ferrous materials.

Features: 

1. A high tooth count with a 5° hook angle allows for faster feed rate and reduce waste. 

2. DM formulated a special carbide with high impact strength for Ultra-thin Aluminum Cutting Saw Blade.

3. The cutting resistance is small, material is saved, and the cutting material is not deformed and burr free cuts.
