Uncoated cold saw: relatively speaking,the hardness and wear resistance are low.After long-term use,the teeth of saw blade are easier worn and blunted, affecting the cutting efficiency and quality.

2.cutting performance:

Coated cold saw: the coated can improve the cutting performance of the saw blade and make the cutting smoother.

Uncoated cold saw: the cutting performance is relatively poor ,may require greater cutting force,easy to produce more heat, lead to a decline in the quality of cutting surface.

3.corrosion resistance:

Coated cold saw: good corrosion resistance.

Uncoated cold saw: poor corrosion resistance,it is easy to rust in damp or corrosive environments, affecting the performance and service of saw blade.

1.Purchase cost:

2.Cost performance:
