Ⅰ.Choose the right saw blade

Select the saw blade according to the type of wood, hardness and humidity.For example, when processing hardwood, such as oak, you need a saw blade with high hardness and good wear resistance; for softwood wood, such as pine, the requirements of the saw blade can be slightly lower.

The number of teeth on the saw blade should also be appropriate.A saw blade with more teeth has smoother surface,but it has less space for chip removal and is easy to overheating;a saw blade with fewer teeth has better chip removal performance,but the cutting surface may be rough.

Ⅱ.Adjust cutting parameters

Ⅳ.Check the status of the equipment and the saw blade

Check the flatness and sharpness of the saw blade regularly. If the saw blade is deformed or blunted, the resistance during cutting will increase and high temperature will be generated easily.

Maintain the accuracy of the equipment, such as the accuracy of the saw shaft. If the saw shaft is deviated, the saw blade will shake during operation, increase friction, and cause the blade to burn.
