When use a saw blade,it will occur some factors,such as teeth broken or instability,which will seriously affect the cutting effect and increase the cost.In order to avoid those problems,first must analyze the factors that cause those problem.  

一、Teeth broken

There are many factors that cause the tooth easy to broken,the most common reasons can be referred to the following analysis:

1.excessive vibration during the sawing process, causing instability during sawing, thereby affecting the saw teeth. Generally, this is due to the circular saw blade's teeth becoming blunt or end runout swinging too much.

2.In installation process,some screws are not tightened,result excessive vibration when sawing,cause teeth broken.

3.The cut workpiece may runout during the cutting process, mostly because the clamping device is incorrect or the distance from the clamping position is too large.

4.Short of cutting fluid also can result saw blade teeth broken or clogged.

二、Methods to prevent teeth broken

Through analyze the reason of saw blade teeth broken.We can take the following effective preventive measures to try to avoid the adverse situations:

1. When choose a saw blade,the saw teeth must keep sharp,If find saw teeth blunt, stop using it immediately

2. If during cutting process,there is no suitable specifications saw blade,need use big diameter saw blade to cutting,use clamping piece at both ends of the saw blade to help reduce vibration(or swing) and improve the rigidity of saw blade during rotation.

3. At this time, clamping blades can be used at both ends of the saw blade to reduce vibration (or swing) during rotation and improve the rigidity of the saw blade.

4. Can adopt less teeth saw blade to improve chip removal function or use ATB tooth profile saw blade to cut.

5. When cutting,pls fix workpiece tightly,otherwise,no matter how good the saw blade is,also easy to cause teeth broken.
