Choose a high quality saw blade is the basic of reduce cutting cost and extend using life.In operating,we should pay attention to the following:

1. Operator Should be familiar with drawings, technical requirements and process contents,and familiar with the capabilities of the equipment used.Submit abide by safe operating procedures and equipment maintenance strictly.   

2. Position:put the workpiece into the clamp according to the process requirements,make the workpiece have a suitable position for the processing machine and saw blade, so that the processed workpiece meets the drawing requirements.The inner diameter correction of the saw blade and the processing of positioning holes must be carried out by the factory.

3. Clamping:the positioning of the workpiece before processing is called clamping.When clamping should pay attention to:reduce the number of clamping times,and the clamping force can’t deform or displace the workpiece.The direction of application of the clamping force should no loosening occurs during workpiece processing.  

4. Master the cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth.

If the saw blade is not in use, the following points should be noted when storing it:

1. if the saw blade is not in use immediately,it should laid flat or hang.

2. Do not stack other objects or step on the saw blade, and pay attention to moisture and rust.

3. When the saw blade become blunt,with rough cutting surface,must re-sharping on time.
