Reasons and solutions for edge bursting and sawing patterns in plate processing
There is a burst edge on the top
1. The edge burst immediately after starting the machine. Check the main shaft for wear and radial jump. Get off the machine and visually check whether there is chipping on the tip of the saw blade and whether the steel plate is obviously deformed. If the naked eye cannot judge, send it back to the manufacturer for inspection.
2. The main saw blade is too much higher than the plate, and the height of the main saw should be adjusted appropriately.
After sawing, the board has a burst edge below it
1. Check whether the center lines of the main and auxiliary saw blades coincide, and readjust the left and right positions of the auxiliary saw blades;
2. The width of the auxiliary saw teeth does not match the large saw;
3. The scribing groove width of the auxiliary saw is smaller than the tooth width of the main saw blade, and the upper and lower positions of the auxiliary saw should be readjusted;
4. If there are no above problems, return to the factory for inspection.
There are scorched marks on the board after sawing (commonly known as burnt board)
1. The alloy of the saw blade is blunt and needs to be get off the machine for grinding;
2. The rotating speed is too high or the feeding is too slow, adjust the rotating speed and feeding speed;
3. If the saw teeth are too dense, the saw blade needs to be replaced, and the appropriate saw blade should be selected;
4. Check the spindle wear.
There is a phenomenon that the workpiece is lifted up by the auxiliary saw during sawing
1. The auxiliary saw blade is blunt and needs to be get off the machine for grinding;
2. The auxiliary saw blade rises too high, readjust the height of the auxiliary saw;
The edge of the middle panel is burst
1. If the board is too thick, reduce the number of boards when sawing appropriately;
2. The cylinder pressure of the mechanical pressing material is not enough, check the cylinder pressure;
3. The board is slightly bent and uneven or there is a large foreign object on the middle board surface. When the upper and lower parts are stacked together, there will be a gap, which will cause the middle edge to burst
4. When sawing the plate, the feed speed should be adjusted slowly and appropriately;
The tangent is not straight
1. Check the wear degree of the spindle and whether there is radial jump;
2. Check whether the tooth tip of the saw blade has chipped teeth or whether the steel plate is deformed;
Saw pattern appears
1. Improper selection of saw blade type and tooth shape, and re-select special saw blade and tooth shape;
2. Check whether the spindle has radial jump or deformation;
3. If there is a quality problem with the saw blade itself, return it to the factory for inspection;
The problem of broken tooth seat
1. Exceeding the maximum speed of the saw blade or the feed speed is too fast, resulting in a broken tooth seat, adjust the speed;
2. When encountering hard objects such as nails and wood knots that cause broken tooth seats, choose better plates or anti-nail alloys;
3. The tempering problem of the saw blade steel plate leads to brittle fracture, so return it to the factory for inspection.
Alloy drop and chipping
1. The saw blade is poorly ground, resulting in tooth loss, which is manifested as rough grinding surface, curved surface, large alloy head and small tail;
2. The quality of the board is poor, and there are many hard objects such as nails and sand, which lead to tooth loss and chipping; the performance is continuous tooth chipping and chipping;
3. The whole grain of the new saw blade falls off, and there is no chipping phenomenon. Return to the factory for inspection.
Insufficient durability
1. The quality of the plate is poor, and the durability is insufficient due to the sand, so choose a better alloy saw blade;
2. Poor grinding quality can easily lead to large fluctuations in durability; choose a fully automatic grinding machine and a better grinding wheel;
3. The durability of the new saw blade of the same model fluctuates greatly, so return it to the factory for maintenance.
