Friction Saw Blade For Metal Cutting 

Donglai Metal provide friction saw blades for stationary or flying cutting machines, to cut pipes and profiles in carbon steel.

Friction saw blades can reach diameters up to 2,500mm and are produced from high tensile steels. The cutting principle essentially works by melting the material due to its high velocity working speed. Chrome Vanadium / Nickel bodies are tensioned, annealed and tempered which guarantees superior durability. Optional tooth forms are available subject to application requirements, hot steels/tubes/steel girders. 

Friction saw blades are used in sawing ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, high speed and tool steel...the cutting temperature is generally above 750℃，the cutting temperature for high alloy steel
